This is because you need Specialty Labels to achieve borderless results. When shopping in stores or online, look for label packs that say “Print-to-the-Edge”. “Print-to-the-Edge Labels are available in a variety of shapes and sizes and work by allowing what is known as full-bleed printing. This means your label design will flow throughout the entire label without displaying a surrounding border.

Here are the differences: Light Fabric Transfers: Designed specifically for use with light-coloured fabrics. These sheets are made with a unique and patented Colour Shield formula to ensure long-lasting bright colours and crisp image quality even after washing. Dark Fabric Transfers: These sheets are designed with a unique white layer behind the printed image to ensure photos and designs don't get lost on dark materials. Stretchable Fabric Transfers: Perfect for white or light-coloured stretchable synthetic fabrics or synthetic blend fabrics. Sheets are designed with a unique soft stretch formula that allows the image to stretch with the fabric and maintain a soft look and feel.

A: To prevent smearing on your printed labels, begin by ensuring that you purchase the right labels for your printer type: either Laser or Inkjet.
